The size of the book is 297 mm (H) x 210 mm (W) and 15 mm thick (A4).
For posting, the book will be packed in a stout cardboard book mailing box. The book weighs, when packed, 800 grams. As a consequence, Parcel Post applies. Additional Postal services are available and will be charged at cost, upon request.
For posting to destinations outside Australia, an Airmail service with tracking information will be used and charged at cost. Faster but more expensive services are available on request and will be charged at cost. Please request postal pricing.
